Terms and Conditions:

For a $250/month fee and a one-time $250 setup charge, the client receives sole access to a HIPAA-compliant CRM environment. Access remains active only while payments are current. Missed or late payments may result in suspension or loss of access. All data entered remains the client’s property. Upon cancellation, the client may request a data export within 30 days. By submitting payment, the client agrees to these terms.
